CoolGuy and Dvir (Action: Bans Issued 14/03/2015)

Name of the person you are reporting (in-game name): CoolGuy and Dvir

Time & Date this happened:Today (05/03/2015) before 16:00 PM I believe.

Description of what happened: As both of the reported persons were restrained , I explained to them what is going to happen (One of them is going to jail , the other fined) both of them combat logged. After this encounter , I encountered them again and asked them for their names as part of a role play, one of them pulled a gun and shot me.

What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM = Ban if no role-play, Remember this is a serious roleplay community therefore shooting people on sight with no roleplay is RDM, engage in roleplay at all times.(Don't have a lot of evidence for that.)

 Combat logging during a fire fight, resisting arrest, or when the police are in pursuit is exploiting. Logging off while downed (pending revive) is also a exploit.  

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No, the players don't seem to have a forum account nor I did encounter them again

I'd like to point out that DVIR randomed me and a friend and attempted RDM twice after that. I think that complaint is still to be made.
