Description of what happened: I had recently had my truck stolen, i was running towards the direction my key chain was indicating and i heard someone say dont come near me hobo and i was immediately shot dead. when i asked why i was rdm'ed in side chat i did not get any adequate reason or RP before i was shot i approached conner to discuss what happened and i was rdm'ed again, this happened a couple of times
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:3B) RDM - Random Death Match Definition:

 Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: yes and it resulted in more rdm

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)

Correct me if I'm wrong but I gave you a lot of warnings to leave the area or you would be shot, watch your video again.

Plus I also would like to add, you never tried to sort anything out with me, In the second video you can see i asked what you wanted from when you asking in side chat for my name. I also would like to add you broke roleplay so many times in all of the situations. This report really is pointless.

 
whats the point of roleplaying with someone who has repetedly rdm'ed me? if your level of rp is to just run round kavala shooting unarmed people because you shout warnings in the street you seriously lack imagination

I don't think you get the purpose of Role-Playing, NLR = New Life Rule, 

You can always report RDM'ers but going back to the same place without 15 minutes being over is breaking RP.

A new life means that your character has lost all previous memories. It still is the character you play, i.e. it is still part of the rebels or cops and it still knows all his friends. Your character just forgets the events and information leading up to their death.

The only exception to this is your wanted level. In our latest release bounty levels are now persistent over deaths to enable long winded police chases and bounty hunter chases... Without this we wont have police and bounty hunters tracking down the person and the person being on the run for weeks/days.

Example: Matt, John and Ben are rebels who try to rob the bank. During the shootout with the cops, Matt and Ben die, John get's arrested and spends some time in jail. When they all meet again, they all would roleplay the situation in a way that they all tried to get away, because they realized that they couldn't handle the situation. Matt and Ben got away, though John got caught. If the players want to have the deaths involved, they might tell stories of other rebels that died there, who were with them initially.

You've broke the New Life Rule, which as clearly state above
 
"You are not allowed to return within 1000m of where you was killed within 15 minutes after you have been killed!"
 
If you keep going back to the same place over and over, you're basically ignoring the RP and breaking it at the same time.

is it fine to RDM if you feel someone has broken the rules then? I felt that I was Killed without adequate time to react to any warning or given appropriate warning in any way. Frankly I have participated on this server for a number of weeks now and had both good and bad role play experiences an tbh last night was a low point. I've always engaged in rp when it is initiated in an appropriate manner but I felt that what conner was engage in was simply trolling/bullying people who were unarmed. Creating a context where he can argue that he has a right to shoot. I saw a number of people that were inappropriately rdm'ed and vrdm'ed that night which of course  happens at that time of night, when there are less police on but I had a conversation with the police not 30 minutes earlier where I was chastised for parking on the grass outside the police station. The officers I spoke to were adamant  that they were engaged in cleaning up the city of Kavala and reducing the number of gun incidents in the city, yet 400 meters away mob mentality is in effect and all people require to shoot someone is bad rp. There needs to be more consistency on the server. Three officers engaged me with the truck on the grass incident and when I informed them that my stolen truck was by the drug dealers no one seemed to care. I'll admit that at 2.30 In The morning I was tired and annoyed that I got shot for no good reason and probably shouldn't of returned to the place I was in appropriately killed, but if we are being honest with ourselves conner, was there really any reason to shoot me in the first place? What was your characters motivation? Were you scared of the unarmed civilian? Were you engaged in an operation? Or were you just larking around in kavala?

 
I told you not to come near me which you replied with "that's rdm I'm recording". There's no role play there at all. You mocked me for the colour of shirt I was wearing. Saying it was gay. So yeah I do think there was enough reason. 

 
i said nothing about your shirt and even if i had, is that really a reason to shoot someone? The first thing you said to me, when i had not engaged you in anyway and i was looking for my truck was " hobo, im going to shoot you in the face". you made your intentions quite clear from the get go. Saying come near me and ill shoot you is no real reason to shoot someone. Yes i did call you a faggot, after you had killed me, but it wasnt due to your shirt you were wearing, but more to do with the fact that you were trolling people in Kavala. If you think that is reason enough to shoot someone , you obviously lack imagination and the ability to suspend your disbelief from the fascard of this constructed reality. Yes you are right the first time you shot me you did issue some lame attempt at rp but what about the 2nd or third or fourth time? I think your obvious frustration was really some attempted spiteful exercise because i was able to steal my truck back off you.  So what were you doing in Kavala that required you to use leathal force on Kavala's Main street? What where you Roleplaying? and with who?  isn't there a recommended RP time limit before you just open fire upon someone that is obviously unarmed?

 
Im going to let the admins now decide what happens, im very angry you didn't try and resolve this before you reported me but im sure this will be resolved soon.

 
You avoid answering my question because we both know what you were up too and that you were in the wrong. I did try and resolve this out of the forum, right up untill the point where u shot me in the face. Your angry that you got caught RDMing, are you the victim in this situation now? This isnt the kind of interaction i expect from a RP server and we won't be playing here anymore. We are moving server so you can troll Kavala All you like with your little buddies. I've played on a number of RP servers over the years and the kind of behavior i witnessed in Kavala that night was what id expect from a school kid.  I've had some interesting RP from allot of people on the server from both the police and civilians and it'll be a shame to leave them behind, but im too old to be arguing with teens on forums with your two line retorts and lack of any cogent argument. I'm not mad, i'm just disappointed 

 
I'm sorry if role play is what your looking for maybe running towards me yelling RDM RDM IM RECORDING isn't the right thing to be doing. I haven't tried to avoid any question I have been told to just let the admins deal with it. I made my self clear of my intentions and if you think that's RDM so be it. But as I stated before the admins can deal with this now.
