Connection Failed

Everything was normal until this morning.I got this msg "Connection Failed" everytime that i try..I searched forums and it says Ddos protection ?
How can i resolve this ?

Still i cant log in ....Any admin is online  ? and confirm this ? is it DDOS PROTECTİON ?  and why i am effecting by this

Restart your pc disable your anti virus and firewall see if that working. or try to restart your router.
