10/10/15 time was properly around 00:20

Which server: Server 1 
 
What was lost: 5K bag , combat hex gear , shamag , MX 6.5k with silencer and 13 mags. Smoke grenadas and other things. 

Value of item/money lost ( Provide the grand total): Around 400k i spent , with 50% of within the week. so 800k in normal. 

Quick description of what happened: Was taking part in the go kart race ran by admin NEO , Someone  got in a police car ran into me and the kart blew up.

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, that you had that money or items)

Videos are private, however before we can continue a report against the player must be submitted for the VDM if he was not banned an ingame admin. If reported, and the report is complete, your compensation will be completed.

Please post a link to your report when you complete it.

 
So your saying I've gotta file a VDM forum before I can get compensation also I'll make the videos viewable give me a sec ...

videos are now viewable also do I need to file a VDM report before I can get all my stuff back ? Also I'm not sure what his name is And on top how do I get my " report" ?? 

 
Normally I would deny the request without a player report, however as you couldn't get the player name, and it was also a blantant stealing a police car in the greenzone, I will process your request.
