Please provide full detail and evidence: I checked into pillbox then my internet dropped. I was unable to connect for a good 30min. Before we can proceed with this compensation request could I ask if you have footage from when you reconnected, were treated in the beds then got up and checked the collection box, and if so, please upload it and attach it in a reply.

Hello Thank you for looking into this for me. So when my internet dropped i was unable to connect for a good 30 min. After i logged back in got treated notice i couldn't collect any of my items and opened a ticket. I use game capture on windows and sometimes when i reset my fivem and try record the last 10 20 mins an error code comes up which requires me to restart my five m which i did not do until after ileft the hospital. I do not have footage of this but hopefully you are able to see from the logs. I did open a ticket as soon as i noticed the box was empty. Steam ID 76561198368545234

Apologies for the delay in dealing with this.

I can see you entered the beds at around 19:04, then timed out 2 minutes later at 19:06, which is shown in your video, and you don't reconnect until 19:57. I have confirmed with 1A3 (Thank you 1A3) that upon disconnection your items in the tray will disappear as you have to recheck into Hospital, and as such, your compensation request will be ACCEPTED!
