Please provide full detail and evidence: I went to cancel a fuel order on the 6th and at the time I noticed I never got my money back from doing so. The reason I cancelled it in the first place was because I had the delivery cost up for £1 and didn't realise there was changes made where you couldn't do your own fuel deliveries any more so I was going to re list the order but with more money so someone would want to do the delivery for me.

@xRy4nCxare you sure this is the correct Steam ID. As it currently stands you will need to post a bug report on this as it is not intended for you to not receive any money however you will not be compensated for the full price just FYI. Once the bug report has been posted please notify me and once it has been looked into further then I will proceed with the comp request

Hi @Merekif it's the steam 64 id I have corrected it (76561198152539531). Could you elaborate as to why I won't receive the full amount in compensation?

Usually I would put in a bug report but as I've seen at least one person with the same issue and they got compensated for the exact same issue I had assumed there would already be a bug report somewhere regarding this.

Please do let me know if you still want me to go ahead and make a bug report.

I have discussed with the devs and it was said that you should receive a portion of the money in return. If you could still place a bug report for this and I will monitor both until resolved
