Compensation Request
In-game Name: Ben Shardlow

Please provide full detail and evidence: I was killed in an attempted robbery, but was picked up and returned to the hospital, once I received treatment I was attacked and downed once again, I was then taken and dumped near the pier by somebody, my friend was following along and then he picked me up and took me back to pillbox where I once again received treatment but my stuff help in pillbox vanished. Screenshot provided details my items, the robbery initially shows the use of my pistol.
I've had discussions recently with members of the staff team who have stated such an occurrence is intentional within the gameplay, which I feel fine accepting. I have been told that this is user error. I would however disagree with this as I hope there is a shared understanding of the rule, that the user error rule is intended to address those who do not take reasonable precautions to avoid losing items unnecessarily - such as ensuring stable connections, recording your interactions, or carelessly handing your money out to others. On the other hand, I'd like to assume that losing a substantial proportion of your money over a mechanic that is not mentioned to you and is not a something someone could reasonably be expected to know, is not akin to falling for a scam or your game crashing.
There has been case which had its comp request accepted on the basis of this understanding where a user accidentally had bought a container and lost 2.5 million, with no confirmation message which caused its purchase. I feel as though if a case like that was accepted, as a good will gesture, even in spite of it "technically" being user error this case would stand a chance.
In a similar manner, - I wasn't made aware by the reminder to receive your items that if you were to go down a second time you'd lose the inventory nor would I ever think that I would lose everything if I had to return to the hospital. I will hopefully make a suggestion about including a disclaimer or introducing a timer to which your items will be deleted, regardless I'm hoping there is something of a good gesture which might encourage this request to be accepted as although this is not explicitly either accepted nor declined - it is worth to something to be considered.
