Please provide full detail and evidence: I spoke to a solicitor (Rebecca) about a scam that happened and they said to put a compensation request because I got scammed but they quit the game once they received the car, breaking rules of the server.

As the rule break occurred after the vehicle had already been transferred, and thus the car was not lost as a result of this - It will not be reimbursed by staff.

You can however go through a solicitor again, as the ability for the courts is there to seize assets, even when the player is banned, and hopefully make you whole through RP!
