Please provide full detail and evidence: I got excited for the new update with the Cargo HQ's and I bought one before they were all gone. In doing so, I also bought several upgrades for it, totaling to 14.75 mil invested in upgrades. Said upgrades are detailed below. Once I bought the upgrades, i went about my day and tried to make some money for a bit elsewhere. After the restart about an hour later, I came back to the house and noticed that all the upgrades were gone and the Cargo HQ was back to it's default when i first bought it. Additionally, I bought 60 days of rent which reset to 28 days once the restart had occurred.
This happened this morning (GMT wise) and I am unsure as to the exact time.
The first link shows that the HQ is still vanilla with no upgrades as of an hour prior to this submission, and the second link shows the location of the house with gridref.
