I believe the ability to blood bag you was bugged and your player was unable to be helped from on the floor. I have never seen a bug like this before so I will be informing the devs about it as I believe that this is a rare occurrence. Because you would have been saved if the blood bags were working I am going to be accepting this compensation request.
