All purchased vehicles have been automatically compensated at the price paid and therefore are already dealt with, you can find this compensation at the post office in-game.

Staff will handle the rest of this compensation request excluding the vehicles.

I went ingame and had money at the post office but it was short by 95.000 here is the pic https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1845624073        they gave me an extra 5.000 on the van but gave me 100.000 less on the ceasar btt but I do appreciate you refunding what I had as it wasn't are fault we lost it thank you (edited I have spoke to and admin and he explained why I was short 95.000 thank you for taking the time to help me)

im still waiting to hear about my other items when will this be sorted please as we have lost out over some hacker and now we  are now stuck here waiting 

 
@terry peter Do you have any evidence of the house upgrade at all, I'm a bit reluctant to sit and watch an hour and a half of footage you have provided. If it is shown in this video please could you five the time stamp here.

 
yes I do its in the vid WITH time stamps you can clearly see me reload ammo mags at my house 

it been over 2 weeks now I dont get why we are the ones that lost gear due to no fault of are own just to then have to wait over 2 weeks for some of it back and half of the people that lost stuff have no evidence of it so they have lost it completely but yet we still have to prove what we had it    so I did so and now the admins cant even be botherd to look at my videio witch is reqested by the admins for a compensation

im sorry if I sound arsey but I am we lost out and now we have to go thought all of this just to get it back and even with video everdance we still didn't get the full amount 

some people stole plane/cars/trucks before the hackers and even if you had a vid of that you still only got your money back you stole the vehicle for and now they have to fork out the money to buy the truck from the shop im sorry but I don't think that is fair to people

Ok. @terry peter There are no time stamps on the video and the video that lasts an hour and a half starts at 27 mins which doesn't correlate to anything at all to do with the houses. Hence I asked for a timestamp on that video. With large value of monies being requested a bit more due diligence goes into verifying if these requests are truthful (yes we have fake ones come through!), and with only so many of us being able to do these comp requests I'm sorry it has taken this long to get back to you.

Moving on I have watched most of the video and come to the part where you are inside your house before restart and then you re spawning at the airport after the restart.

On this gyazo https://gyazo.com/e7005917e6c7e2282f45d992e694a537 it shows that you have £976,430 in your bank account.

When you return after the restart you have https://gyazo.com/55b8603cc2a12d114dc7dc020162fc74 £4,887,210

This would indicate to me that the rollback did actually give you money back, infact you gained £3,910,780 which you would have spent on vehicles, house upgrades before the rollback. 

Owing to this I can see that the house does loose the re-supply point and thus you will be compensated the amount for the re-suuply point + Gear minus the money that you did get back due to the roll back.

NO the server rolled back a week so it put me on that much if you read my comp req its says that someone leant me the money for the upgrade and due to the roll back they also lost that money as it was earnt in the week we where rolled back and in the description of my vid (getting gear back)at 1.29.00 witch is in description is shows me reloading my ammo in my house and the video after I cant as the upgrade is missing

I do appreciate you trying to help me with this request and thank you for the money return to me so far @George-Harris

 
@terry peter I have requested some logs from the devs to see if they have records of the housing before and after the rollback and to see your money situation. Please be patient until I can verify this.
