Please provide full detail and evidence: So basically I was close to death in game in terms of bleeding out and I reached Sandy Hospital to check in. The problem was when I checked in, it registered I died, but still put me in a bed to recover. I have lost some valuable stuff and I just hope I can get them back due to this fault. I have no evidence as my recording software wasnt turned on but I do have a witness.

I actually have had this issue myself under the same circumstances.

I do however need proof that you actually died, as I can not see that happening on the video and it's really short.

Perhaps you have video evidence yourself?
