Please provide full detail and evidence: Me and my friend were in a helicopter, i realised that my gear had disappeared, thought it was just a bug so i tried using the Fix Uniform feature and it didn't work so when we both landed we realised that not only our gear but also our weapons had disappeared. Everyone then started complaining about this bug in game so we realised it was some hacker.

As a result of the unfortunate event which you have experienced on the Altis Life game server I am quite satisfied to provide you with compensation for the items you have lost. However you will not be compensated for things such as the attachments on your gun as we need to know exactly what the attachments were which you had, please keep this in mind for future reference.
