why had it taken you over a week to post a comp request for this?

I just didn't get around to it as I was in the process of 'preparing' to learn how to edit my recordings with some software called; Lightworks.

I finally got around to plucking up the courage to learn it.. as it looked confusing as f**k.

Turns out, it's not that hard to use... once you know how to actually use the basics.

I submitted my Player complaint, and both comp requests at pretty much same time as I went on a spree!
