The Server this happened on.: Server 1
Please provide full detail and evidence: So i was roaming around going to the garage to drive away. and some cops pull me over. Probably gonna give me a warning. as you can see in the video my gun was put into the vehicle and was lost during the server crash as shown in the video.

i went over the video. do you have by any chance a video after you reconnected, as your weapon only disappear when vehicle gets impounded. 
you also could go back to go on with the rp.

Hello. Thank you for reviewing my case!

so basicly after the first kick the server kept kicking off people for a long time and i didn't obviously record me trying to reconnect, neither would i have ever thought that i should of. I checked my car in the garage when i finally got back in and the gun was not inside the car for some reason aswell, neither was it on me and had to buy a new one.

And also the server didnt kick me in this situation. The server crashed. Connection got lost. Server went down.
