I was on before the Emergency restart and had around 60-70 bullets on me when logging back on after the restart they were gone.

Were the bullets on your character or in an actual storage? Since the bug that existed only applied to storages and not the player inventory.

They were on my character, that's why i was confused. I definitely had them though because about 20-25 minutes before i had a gunfight and was taken pillbox and was revived. Upon getting revived i logged out and back in after and they were gone but i still had my gun and everything else in my pockets.
