Please provide full detail and evidence: So I pressed Gus and went to the island, When I tried to pickup the first package it was 18 minutes after I had gotten the message and there was nothing there nor could I see "Open Package". So I waited and asked gus for a message the second time for a second package, and it still did not show the "Open Package" with the eye.

After reviewing the evidence it looks like you had no unrefined cocaine on you, I can not compensate you for the items you never had, if you had cocaine on you in your inventory and died because of a bug then that would've been a different story. There is also a timer when you are taking the cocaine and anything can happen during that timer going down.


There was bug there for sure that stopped you from taking the items as the Archie's Eye did not work there properly, I will recommend making a bug report about it so the devs can look into it and sort it out.

Unfortunately this compensation request will be denied. Although do not let this demotivate you from making compensation requests in future.
