Please Provide Full Details: ive bought a turbo for my car and the upgrade hasnt stuck to the vehicle not sure if its just the one ive got or its like it on other models
could this please be looked at so we dont have this problem again please

I'm aware there was an issue around Turbo upgrades not applying at Benny's and Auto Exotic but to make it much easier for ourselves do you have any footage applying the Turbo?

I'm aware you've shown a clip of the Turbo not being on the vehicle from the Garage UI and another clip showcasing being charged £45,000 for "Vehicle Mod Upgrades" but nothing showing the vehicle in the actual garage.

I'm not doing to decline the request just yet as I'm going to do some further digging to see if I can find it myself

The video doesn't show Turbo being put onto a vehicle but an individual saying they paid for the Turbo and it took it back off.

What I'm ideally looking for is either you in the UI putting Turbo onto the vehicle then confirming the order (Preferably)
Or at the very least similar to other comp requests the details of the order that displays the plate, modifications ordered, and the cost of said order.
 
if i fly in and go put one on will that get comped ?
The bug has since been fixed so doing so won't get you compensated - anything else you do to that car is on yourself. Still trying to do some digging for you.
 
@.ox I'm struggling to get the Order Number from your clip #2, can you send it in here please.

After doing some further digging and looking up the order id placed on the vehicle as seen in clip 2, I can confirmed you indeed purchase Turbo for the vehicle which was bugged at the time resulting in you losing £45,000

Compensation request approved.
