Please provide full detail and evidence: Me and my friend were flying to the laundry with 2.5 mil of unlaundered cash, while suddenly we lost connection with the server, both at the same time. I am unsure if server crashed or something else happened.

Lost items and total value of compensation.: 2.5 mil of stacks of cash only, our equipment stayed when we logged back when server was up.

Unfortunately i do not have a video of this happening i just managed to get a screenshot at the last moment! I understand that this case does not have sufficient amount of evidence to back up my claim, only evidence that can be seen from the screenshot is amount of stacks and on the left the amount of time i have lost connection with the server. I submitted the request since it was my belief at the time that it was a server crash since my friend lost the connection at the same time.

If you don't have any intel about server crash or issue at that exact time then it must have been something on our end and in that case i am sincerely sorry i have wasted your time.

There might or might not have been a crash at the said time, but even so, we can not act again'st something that has no concrete proof to uphold it. I hope you understand.
