Please provide full detail and evidence: I got checked into hospital, upon reaching 98% my game had crashed. I fixed the issue and logged back in a minute later. I automatically got checked back into another bed and revived, but when taking a look in the item collection box all of my items had disappeared.

If not, I've got a few questions.

1. What was the situation that caused you to be downed? Just a brief overview.
2. What Hospital did you check in to and roughly what time?
3. Which Hospital Bed were you being treated in before your untimely crash?

Thank you for the reply Scott, the only evidence I have was the screenshot I provided. At first I thought there was no way to get my stuff back, but was told you had logs for these sorts of things.

1. There was a shootout between Coalition and Cutlass, I had been downed in sandy and taken into sandy hospital by a Cutlass member after the fight and they drove off and left the area.

2. I was checked into sandy hospital, roughly right before I put this compensation request up. If I were to guess it would have been around 19:30.

3. I was in the 2nd available bed from the left.

Just for extra information, I am not currently at my house, and have been playing FiveM on my laptop with a 25m ethernet cable connected to it. I bought the said cable a few weeks ago due to bad internet signal to the router, and the cable signal itself seems to drop 2-3 times a day.

After completing some checks and lining up your story with the facts, I can confirm that you checked into Sandy Hospital at 19:33 on 09/07/2023 where your items were removed, you then timed out 2 minutes later at 19:35 whilst in the Hospital Bed (Second to the left), reconnected and checked back in which resulted in your items being wiped.
