Please Provide Full Details: Due to the outcome of this report I will be requesting my items that I lost due to a rule break. The situation in this case was an NVL from another member of the community. Unfortunately I was incapacitated by this rule break which forced me into and rp scenario with police at pillbox which ends up with me losing my items. I believe that this request should be valid as the scenario i was forced into would have not happened therefore me not losing my items. Plain and simple.

I understand how this may seem extremely differently to a straight forward compensation request however I believe it is clear as day, without the NVL I would not have been taken to pillbox and therefore lost these items the police on seen.

How were you taken to the hospital? and how did you lose your items?

I'd like to know how the Police came to be about Pillbox and if you have any recordings of you losing your items?
 
I was taken to hospital from that scene exactly, from the guy who put me in the vehicle. I lost the gun as i was taken to PD and it was removed from me.

I have looked at the report that they have put on their PNC and it looks like a totally different scenario where you lost your weapon and bullets?

Do you have any footage of you loosing your weapon?
 
Hello, i will try and gain the footage it would be easier to show you in a quick discord call perhaps to show the entirety of the clip. However i will attempt to get the footage.
 
In fact i have the entire footage ready however it is 10minutes long would a quick discord call be available where i can show you the entire scene start to finish?

After this i was taken to PD and processed. I understand there was an investigation upon my character do to being scene at Marabunta turf with a weapon, yes the police may have caught me, however it should and would not have been there as i was forced into the rp to go to Pillbox were unfortunately police so happened to be there. In plain words the marabunta's rule break lead me to a situation which should have never occurred leading to a loss of items.

I understand i do not have the clip of me actually losing the items, however like you said you saw the police report which shows they were removed off of me. Thank you, anything further needed just let me know.

How come there is no sound? and why were the police after you?

To me, this looks like yes the broken rule put you in hospital. But that does not tell us why the police went after you. They could be 2 unrelated things for all we know? why did marabunta NVL make you get arrested by police?
 
If the Marabunta did not NVL i would not have been taken pillbox, Pillbox is where the police where, they arrested me because they saw what happened at marabunta. Simply without mara nvl = no pillbox. I was planning to log off after this situation however i obviously continued rp with police and even got broke out of jail with good rp. The lack of sound is for a few reasons mainly being so much happing in my head i dont want to be heard. Initially i had a phone call and people coming in and out of my room, also did have a bit of anger come out of me after being arrested due to the NVL and id rather it not be heard.
 
Hello @Ollie Just - apologizes for the severe delay in the conclusion of this.

I've had a flick through all the provided clips/screenshots you've sent - as Charles Vane previously stated, you lost your gun due to the police arresting you and seizing those items from you. Unfortunately this wouldn't be classified as a direct loss as a result of the rulebreak that resulted in your death. Had you bled out, that would've classified as a direct loss due to a rulebreak.

In your case however, with the evidence you've given, we cannot say for certain that the police only found you because of the rulebreak that occurred. The police may have caught you elsewhere with the weapon.
