Please provide full detail and evidence: Hi, i seem to have lost my gear when i lost connetction to the server problably server restart since it was close to 21:00. I was injured and laying on the ground after i got hit by a truck while i was driving my Boxer towards the aluminum mine and i was waiting for medics when i got disconnected.

Lost items and total value of compensation.: A pickaxe, 2 cups of coffe. 1 MX 6.5mm, 7 6.5 mags and 2 toolkits. Clothes- A Carryal Backpack Olive and a carrier rig tropic and a gurilla camo jacket

Hi @oliversn

Unfortunately you've not been able to provide us with the proof we require to give compensation.  Screenshots of gear sadly don't give us enough to work on as they can be taken at any time.

Whilst I'm sorry for the losses you experienced, I have no option but to deny this request.

In the event of compensation request due to death, 'in addition' to the above guidelines, we require an unedited, uncut video that shows the following:

1. Short lead up to the incident.
   
2. The incident itself.
   
3. The death.
   
4. Bleeding out to death and re-spawning or server kick (Demonstrates no revive or friend picking up weapons etc)
   
5. Y, player or vehicle inventory contents (if claiming).
   

Edited or cut videos that do not show the above will not be accepted. 

Although your request didn't meet our compensation request criteria, it might be an idea to join our Steam Group and Discord to get more involved with the community!
