sadly the video dosent include the gear wipe but you can watch shambles or adamj's videos they show me with them

Why do you have a clip before the wipe but not of when it occurs, that strikes me as quite odd. Also, you will need to link these other videos as you have not done so.

The first video in context that was given in the OP's initial post does not show the point in time which this self-proclaimed hacking incident happend, The second video that you issued, does indeed show the incident happend, but it does not display you or the exact items you wish to be compensated. So for that reason, this will be Denied.
