Okay, well then i just wasted 15 min of my life talking with staff on ts and making this request when it was clear i didnt need to prove it with a vid or pic before to get this sorted. 

We arent talking about big money, its fine you may decline the request.

@Mufffin I regret to inform you that I will be denying this compensation request today regarding the Zamak on Server 2. 

This is being due to you playing on S2, After 12AM these server's can be shut down as there is no need to have two servers with 50 people on. S1 is a 24 hour server, all other servers we operate are overflow ones. Since we don't get the full constant numbers to keep both servers up 24/7.

Quoted from the compensation guide

Server 2 and/or 3 going offline past 12am (Yes it will happen without warning and it is up to you to switch to S1) 

For this reason I will be refusing compensation today, I understand your frustration, but the best thing to do is to stay on S1 as much as you can, along with recording your game, to back up evidence for compensation or reports.
