Couple questions for you before we start;

Which vehicle is it that is 'stuck' in impound?

Is your steam ID correct?

Do you have a video of you trying to pull the vehicle out of impound?

Any information you have about this can help get you the right compensation you may/may not be entitled to!

Yes this is my ID



The vehicle is not stuck anymore i was told in the ticket that it was fixed and i got it back.

The ticket is for the 15k i spent getting it back

I dont have a video

In future if something doesn't work the first couple of times then I'd suggest giving it some time and/or opening a ticket.
