Please provide full detail and evidence: So i went afk for a few months and i noticed i needed to pay rent so i payied for the maxium days one week later i noticed my house was gone full wtih guns and i noticed the boxes got removed so i went few times to the support and they told me to put a compensation request up i got allot of screens of my gear because i was selling the items but what i already said i wasn't active ingame or on the website so i didnt respond to my action and i kept my gear and yea when i came back my house wasn't on the map anymore or my keychain but i payied the maxium rent and i was only for a week inactive and yea everything dissapeared i put here also some screenshot 1: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=880188180

Lost items and total value of compensation.: it was allot i guess around 8 million i could count it up but can u message me for that so

@Mooss Unfortunately due to the fact of that I can't confirm if your story is indeed accurate, nor do I have the logs to prove your claim. As you have provided insufficient evidence of you paying the rent on our new system as well as the actual item being on our new weapons storage system you will have to provide sufficient evidence of which I have described here I will have to deny your request.

Can't u get some logs from it because who will record him paying the rent and no message said the server was getting a rid of the large storage boxes after that update i lost my house and my gear in it and the other admin also said it could be a bug 

 
@Mooss If you had some screenshots of the updated system then I would pass this through to the Devs but at current time there is no evidence that you have used this new system.

 
Unfortunately not, however it's not that hard to get gear anymore especially with SAF Cargo drops. So unfortunately due to lack of evidence I will have to deny your request.

If you manage to find any video or even screenshots, send me a personal message and I will deal with it from there.
