Lost items and total value of compensation.: As you can see on the screenshots- MX SW - 95000, Silencer-75000, Fatigues-4500, Vest-7500, Backpack - I think 3000, Helmet-I think 1000, 10x30rnd mag- 25000, 5x100rnd mag-100000. That would add up to 311 000, if im not mistake. I dont have a video of my mags in my inventory since I didnt look in my inventory because I hadnt expected to be blown up by a hacker so I guess you just have to trust me on that one.

Greetings, having looked at the pictures you provided and having verified that we were subject to a hacker attack on the date I am going to approve your request.

However since I can not verify that you did have all of these items I am going to approve compensation for the following items:

- MX SW (Black) á £95,000
- Sound suppressor (6.5 mm) á £75,000
- Comba Fatigues (Tropic, Tee) á £5,000
- CTRG Plate Carrier Rig Mk.2 (Heavy) á £3,750
- Defender Helmet (Hex) á £425

Total approved value: £179,175

 
Your compensation request has been approved however your money is currently being transferred to your bank account.

To speed up this process make sure you are not in game currently and make sure to respond to the member of staff if they are awaiting your response.
