Please provide full detail and evidence: So i had just finished my run of refining salt and i parked up to look at the map, i then came off the map and my truck full of refined salt blew up for no reason. I spent 2 hours of my time grinding and hope this can be resolved -- I took a screenshot which didn't save but i spoke to admin and apparently this is a known issue and there wouldn't be any issue with getting a refund

I put above i don't have any evidence however i was told this was a known problem and it wouldn't be hard to get this sorted.

@Mike Sano As per compensation protocol, sufficient evidence is required to be presented in the thread of the compensation request. Unless a member of staff steps forward and can claim that they have witnessed the situation occur live on the server, no compensation may be issued.
