Please Provide Full Details: ID 164 , ID 172 , ID 52, ID 65. We had a glitch that occurred with the bin truck that did not allow us to deposit any bin bags into the truck. We already had done around 16 I believe prior to this glitch occurring. After talking in OOC with "David" it was suggested to open a comp request to see if there is anything that can be done due to the loss of wages. After this occurred we returned the bin truck and cancelled the run.

Lost Items & Total Value Of Compensation 40 bin truck run... Not sure on full amount lost could be anywhere between 115 - 130k per player.

So, I've discussed this with multiple members of the staff and dev team and we have come to a consensus. Whilst the issue here does appear to be from a bug, as per our compensation request guide, "Compensation is only given for lost items - not items you might've gained". Due to this, unfortunately in this case, this request will be denied.

Outside the scope of your compensation guide, there are different factors that make us unable to give compensation here, one being the route being different every time - leading to different pay-outs. You are more than welcome to raise a bug report, in which the dev team will investigate and try diagnose the issue when able.

Whilst this didn't meat our compensation request criteria, don't let this discourage you from filling out compensation requests in the future.
