Please Provide Full Details: I placed down a speaker during surgery and was playing music on it, about a minute later when I walked slightly away it randomly disappeared. It was not in my inventory and my colleague did not pick it up, and the patient I was dealing with was downed so it couldn't have been him. This is the second time it has happened to me.
