Please provide full detail and evidence: So we bought gang base on the 5th or 6th i think and bought a spawn point the same night and the next day it was gone so we said it was maybe a glitch we bought it again the next day around the same time and then its gone again today so i talked to an admin he said it didnt work and maybe fill out this comp request and maybe you can check the logs (the photo is small for our own privacy if a bigger one is needed ill put one)

The evidence you have provided does not show evidence of ownership of any property upgrades, you will need to provide evidence that you had purchased the upgrades in the first place and then show you no longer have access to those upgrades.

Are you able to provide any evidence of actually owning it like Gordon said?

Alrigh, @LayLis since there is no evidence provided here for you actually buying it in the first place, this is refused due to lack of evidence.
Remember in the future to try and obtain as much evidence as you can in the future.

EVIDENCE RULES / GUIDELINES

In the event of compensation request due to death, 'in addition' to the above guidelines, we require an unedited, uncut video that shows the following:

  1. Short lead up to the incident.
  2. The incident itself.
  3. The death.
  4. Bleeding out to death and re-spawning or server kick (Demonstrates no revive or friend picking up weapons etc)
  5. Y, player or vehicle inventory contents (if claiming).
Edited or cut videos that do not show the above will not be accepted. 

Please provide a detailed itemised list (in the "Lost items and total value of compensation" section) of every item you are asking compensation for.
Please note that there must be video evidence of the item; items stored in the backpack cannot be compensated for unless they feature in the uncut video.

In the event of a kick, please try and provide a rough time or window so we can check if this was a mass kick.

i.e. 2:45 PM or Between 1am and 2am
