After looking at the video you got a visual bug saying you had 21 when your cards were actually worth 20

Ace = 11, you then also got 4 and a 5 getting you up to 20 (visual bug said 21) the dealer then also got 20 hence why the result was a push.

Sometimes (very rarely) this can happen and its a known bug, best way to play BJ is to actually count the cards up yourself and not rely on the UI blindly.

Compensation request will be denied as the script didnt rob you, just gave you fake hope but luckily in this case you lost no money.
