Please provide full detail and evidence: This is so incredibly frustrating. I am trying to gamble my money and the servers keep disconnecting. I just won two hands, one that is a blackjack and the disconnect took it from me. I have proof of both hands. First hand I get a 19 and the dealer busts, second hand I hit blackjack. You can see both times I bet 100K.

It would also be a very good idea if you keep experiencing issues like this then you should use your evidence and post a bug report about the issue here:

As for the first issue, you state the server keeps disconnecting. However the second video is from a friend of yours right? or someone watching you. If the server went, he would have also had a message or an error and kicked. 

We do not compensate for client side issues, only server side. This also extends to planned restarts every day. 

First request will be denied.
