Please provide full detail and evidence: Me and a few close mates were gambling at the Casino as per usual, I placed down a 100K bet on the table and for some reason I get kicked out of the prompt as I pressed Backspace in order to stand and my chips/cards disappear from the gambling table. My chips that I placed down went missing and were not in my pockets. I have 2 POV's from this bug, one with audio and one without.
I placed down 100K and stood, as that happened I got kicked out of the table and the dealer bust in the Medal.tv clip. I would have won 200K etc.

Do you have any of your own POV to provide otherwise I'll have to deny this due to lack of evidence.

Good afternoon and thank you for taking the time to review my comp request, I unfortunately don't have my own POV of this as I don't record with PC I did not think it would be needed. I thought it was shown in Isak's clip and the other one too. From now on I'll record every time I go to Casino   

I'll try and gather a longer POV if that helps from the others sitting at the table.

In almost all cases we need your own POV to help show what has exactly happened, 

I'll be honest with you, you won't be getting 200k as that's a shouldve, would've, could've and we don't comp possibilities. 

It's going to be near impossible to accept your comp request without as much information possible which is hard going from others POV's

Generally we like to have 3-5 mins prior to the comp reason for context! 

In short, 

Without your POV I can't see if this was user error or a bug. 

I'd heavily suggest getting your own recording set up! If you need any help you can send me a message and I'll help you out. 

I won't be compensating you today for the sole reason that I can't prove or disprove this to be user error or a bug, sorry!
