Is that the only evidence you have ? it show nothing i can use yes the kick message but not what you had on you at the time you where being kick.

 
@DELETER Yes unfortunately ive looked back on my footage and i dont have any footage of me looking in my inventory apart from the one i sent you, because i was at rebel outpost and then a few minutes later a restart happened, so i can confirm i didn't loose anything, everything i had in the screenshot of my inventory was on me when i died, as you can kinda see as im lying on the floor with the exact same outfit.
