Please Provide Full Details: Hey, so basically i went to the casino gamble, i went from 200k to 500k, then i gambled 500k i won 1m, then i wanted to gamble 500k again but it took me 2x 500k at once. first round i won the 1 mil bet but just received the 2x 500k back what i bet. then i tried to gamble once more with just 500k and then it took 1mil again. then i lost all i sadly just have screenshots but u can maybe check the logs...

Lost Items & Total Value Of Compensation IDK how you would say it. without the double set winning it was 1mil, if this wouldnt have counted it was 2mil

Hello @Icec0ld - have you got a video clip of this happening? As per the compensation request guidelines, we'd need an unedited video clip demonstrating yourself losing items due to a bug. In this case, we'd need a video demonstrating you intending to put down a 500k bet, but the game takes 1000k from you.

Hey Bonzi, as i said in a ticket alrdy my pc is too bad to make good clips with good frame. i leqit have 5 frames while recording... i sadly dont have a clip but i got told i can ask u to check logs, time was ago like an hour 30... i mean it was all my money in total and im kinda new if i really lost all im done like if u watch looks u can see it took 1000k not just 500k i mean in 1 second u cant put 2x 500k in 1 round so this is an evidence isnt it... im really sorry that i dont have an clip but if i lost all cuz i cant clip with my garbage toaster then yes well gg
 
and i mean i understand that u need an clip but isnt this screenshot enough it shows that i had a mil and bet 2x 500k thats what i dont get
 
I'm afraid we'd need a clip demonstrating the full hand playing out, the bug/issue occurring, and you losing the extra £500,000 as a result. On our end, we are unable to differentiate between a potential bug causing you to bet an extra £500,000 unintentially, or whether you chose to split or double down during your hand. The latter of which we are obviously unable to compensate for.
