  4. Please provide full detail and evidence: So i had just processed 30 Diamonds and was just logging out of the server for the 4pm (UK Time) restart. I aborted the server then joined back as soon as I could. I returned to no Diamonds. I have full raw video footage of me having them and then not having them below. (Please ignore my spotify in the background).

From the evidence provided I can see that you do have the diamonds on your character before the restart and you don't immediately after you log back in. Diamonds are a legal item so should save on your character/vehicle between restarts. As such compensation will be provided for the missing cut diamonds. @Harveyb2324 Before you disconnect there is a button on your mobile that says 'Sync Data'. Click that before you log off the sync your character to the database.

Your compensation request has been approved however your money is currently being transferred to your bank account.

To speed up this process make sure you are not in game currently and make sure to respond to the member of staff if they are awaiting your response.

@George-Harris I restarted my game again today and the exact same thing has happened. Should i make another request or Post it here?
