Please provide full detail and evidence: Stole a gang car full of guns, moved the ammo into a different car, game crashed along with many others on server ~19:24. Only have a SS as video didn't record. People in the chat we're mentioning of game crashing so I took a photo on my phone. Only claiming for 2500 pistol bullets as the rest are stored.

Right, @Handy, would you happen to have any other evidence proving that the items did in fact vanish. From that screenshot alone i have no way to be sure of what happened to those items. A video would be best, i know you said you don't have it but if you could triple check. Otherwise i can't really do much.

Unfortunately, without further evidence that you acctually lost those bullets there is not much more we can do. We need solid proof what you say is true and for the most part client crashes we would never comp for anyway (except under certain circumstances) 

therefore this will be declined due to lack of evidence.
