Please provide full detail and evidence: I bought a new motorcycle and I didn't got teleported on it. So I walked over to the motorcycle and took it to Bennys to customize. After I finish the customization I realize I cannot lock it so I thought that there was a bug and I didn't received keys. After I asked for help in a Discord Support Ticket (fivem-6982) I realize that the motorcycle I had was a "local" copy of my motorcycle which was stored in Upper Legion. I took a photo of them both, the upgraded and customize one on the left and the stock one that is in my garage on the right.

Lost items and total value of compensation: I lost around 160k in modifications, maybe more.

Could you please provide us with a bit more information regarding this:

-The vehicles license plate number.
-Any further evidence you may have, e.g a video of the modifications made. 
-To the best of your knowledge, at what time were these modifications purchased.

Note that without a video showing exactly what was spent on the false copy, this compensation request may take a bit longer to be completed than otherwise - or possibly denied based of lacking evidence.

Hi @Drex,

The modifications were made around 4 PM on 27/07/2021. Not sure of the exact hour but between 16:00 and 16:30.

The vehicle registration is AH27 UAI.

I don't have any video of me modifying the motorcycle. But you should be able to see in the logs that I withdrew around 160k in cash and then spent it at Benny's.

After a bit of digging, I'm happy to compensate you for the modifications that were made to the false copy.
From what I can see, there were 18 modifications / changes paid for, all of which will be reimbursed shortly.
