Please provide full detail and evidence: We were mining 3 trucks of coal, 1500 in total, but I have evidence of only 1063 coal. The un-planned server restart caused us to lose the coal, since we didn't had time to move it and store it it.

Without a video of this happening I will be unable to provide any sort of compensation, do you have a video you could give to us?

I don't have video of anything. But just so I know, video of what exactly should I take next time? Because I provided evidence of the items I had on the floor and that the server restarted ahead of schedule.

If you have no video regarding this situation, there is nothing much we can do.

In order to get compensation for any lost items, you are however expected to provide some sort of evidence to support your claim, failure to do so could result in the compensation request being denied due to insufficient evidence.

I'm sure you can understand that although you might be genuine and you have infact lost items legitimately other people abuse the fact that we once trusted people and as such we have a strict evidence policy.
