Please provide full detail and evidence: Was casually in the casino from 9:30-10:00 ish on 24/06/2022 when I placed a 50,000 chip bet as to where I was shown 20 against a three. I was then sat waiting for a good 5 mintues for something to happen before the server timed out and I didn't get the money back from the bet whether the result of the bet was a win or lose I lost the money either way. Usually I would have a video of the clip however my medal was having a javascript error message which I have now sorted out after re-installing the application. I feel like i was at an advantage at this point as i'm shown with 20 against a 3 however I ended up losing the money due to the server closing. Would be much appreciated if I could regain my posession as of whenever. Thank you in advance.

'Between 2130 and 2200' may not seem like that much of a time gap, but for the amount of bets you placed in that time, it is. Is there any chance you could elaborate more? Maybe a more accurate time?

According to our logs, you didn't disconnect from the server until 22:28, that's quite a bit after 22:00. Are you mistaken or is your memory from this night a bit foggy?
