Please provide full detail and evidence: Purchased a food delivery Futo (I realise now it hasn't charged me for that part) - Car came out normally, had a plate which was registered in my carfinderz. Went to TN, ordered the upgrades and as soon as I completed it, the car turned into a local. Currently the car is still a local after attempting to pull it out of Civ impound.
