Date this happened: 01/23/2016
The Server this happened on.: Server 1
Please provide full detail and evidence: Approximately 15-20mins after depositing earnings from a successful RP HM Reserve heist, (gang effort by The Forsaken Kings), the server crashed unexpectedly. The gold had already been sold well before the server crashed but some of the earnings were missing the next time I logged on, despite syncing data etc. after depositing the cash.

Picture 1 - evidence of bank heist
Picture 2 - Final cash amount after selling the gold
Picture 3 - Approximate time of server crash
Picture 4 - Bank balance when joining the server today

Lost items and total value of compensation.: Total difference between bank balance: 2,588,998
Please confirm you have read and understand our Compensation Request terms: Yes

@CountDookuHave you got any video evidence? Not saying you would but for all we could know you may have transferred the money to another player etc ?

@JohnJoeegan I don't unfortunately, I suppose all you can go by is the time scale as the server crash happened so soon afterwards. We were just glad to get away with the bank heist as we thought we were in the clear and had nearly been robbed at the gold dealer. I can fill in the gaps accurately between the money being deposited and the server crashing if you'd like, I guess all I have is my word at the moment.

Playing the Devil's Advocate, I could perhaps say "why would I pre-emptively transfer the money to a friend in the *cough* highly unlikely *cough* event of a server crash rather than just leaving it in my own bank?

Anyway, I digress. If you want, you could come down to the TFK liaison room as I was not the only one who ended up with reduced returns after depositing. You could also confer with the police who were in attendance (Tik Tak notably) and they will be able to confirm the size of our operation, which you could then cross-reference with the money graphs of TFK members that were in attendance and be able to see the shortfall.

@CountDooku

I saying If you transferred the money to a friend and the server went down then it would be a perfect opportunity to "cheat" the "system" to gain double the profit.

I am not saying you would do that. But unfortunately we can not just take peoples word for cases due to people in the past trying to "Cheat the system"

If yourself, or no other players in your gang have video evidence of the operation then there is not much we can do. Sometimes we can be a little more lenient towards players when it comes to evidence. However as we both know this is a large amount of money and unfortunately we can not just take your word for it.

All I can recommend is you liaise with members of your gang / players involved with the operation and see if anyone has evidence of the incident. Or at least a screenshot of your bank balance as the server goes down.

Please do not take this personally. We just need sufficient evidence to make sure we can look into the requests to the best of our abilities!

Yes, I'm fully aware of the scenario you explained originally about 'doubling up'. I understand that you need proof but I feel like what I've supplied already would be more than enough, as my screenshots match up to the timescale I explained.

Also, I get that people may want to cheat the system, but when I've already made a killing from just one job, why would I be greedy and try and get more? I know that some people would be dishonest but I really don't see why when I've just doubled my bank balance, I would risk it by lying or try and get even more.

Picture 2 was my bank balance right before the crash. Taken at Kavala garage as you can see in the third picture as well. You can look at my money graph on the stats page to basically disprove any chance of a money transfer.

@CountDooku If you believe that people have not tried to double there money on a large scale then your wrong.

None of your screenshots actually show the server going down. So I do not fully understand how that in itself would be sufficient evidence? Never the less there is nothing we can do without "sufficient evidence" IE a video.

I am not going to spend my Sunday afternoon going back and forward. I do understand your frustration but as I have stated we need sufficient evidence to be able to look into the request.

It was to my understanding that you were able to check server downtimes; the relevant screenshot was taken when the server was in the 'crashing loop' where everyone is running on the spot, which was soon followed by a crash.

I'll try and sort something more concrete out though.

@CountDooku Thank you. Unfortunately only a small amount of the teams members can check the logs. (They are very busy with future updates / developments for the server!)

The only screenshots currently we can use as sufficient evidence is when you receive a error / crash message.

Denied - Insufficient evidence, johnjoeegan has given enough chances to give evidence of the crash.
