The date when this happened: 11/07/20
Please provide full detail and evidence: I was playing on one of the (Fortune & Glory) slot machine(S) in the Diamond casino from around 19:30 until 20:00 when the server restarted.
At approximately 19:60 there was a server announcement to say that the server was going to have a restart for (Essential Hotfix's) but i decided to carry on playing the slots not realising that the server would roll aback after the restart. At Excatly 19:58 2 minuets before restart i got lucky with a spin and landed on three 7's on a max bet of 2,500 which awarded me with 625,000. After the restart the server rolled back approximately 5 minuets stripping me of my winnings.
I have my g-force experience capture set to the last 15 mineuts so by the time i realized what had happens i had lost the chance to capture the footage of me hitting the spin that came up with the three 7's. The only evidence i have is a screenshot of me sending a screenshot of me hitting the jackpot to my pal as i wanted to show him which has the time stamp on it of 19:58. Im not sure if devs can see the logs of the casino but i was using the farthest back left fortune and glory slot and you can check that my character was there for the whole half an hour before the restart playing the same machine.
Im hoping to have my winning refunded to em if possible,
