Please provide full detail and evidence: Me and two gang members were out to scout the scene of a large convoy crash, to look for any surviving trucks/ weapons/players etc. when we spot a truck in the area refuelling, we decide to land to hold him up. the driver clocks on and immediately takes off in his truck, we chased him for a while but every time we landed in front of him he just did a full 180 and turned around.
we couldn't shoot the tires out because we are unable to initiate from a chopper (even though the guy knows he is being chased). so instead we decide to fly low in front on the truck to force him to slow down enough for us to get out and initiate. the first time we did it the guy didn't even slow down, he just tried to drive straight through us.
The second time we did it (shown in video) the driver of the lorry decided to go out of his way to swerve into us and blow us up. he had plenty of time to slow down, plenty of time to swerve right/ or even just keep going straight on, but instead he went out of his way to blow us up.
obviously the guys name was anon because he did not die, but one guy stepped forward on side chat to say sorry, so I personally spoke to him on TS and he said he was very sorry and he only did it because it was his last truck as he had been robbed several times already in one day. he also told us he had very little money in his bank therefore we decided to not ask him for comp or for him to eventually comp. we just asked him not to do it again. He also texted me in game to offer me a gun that he had found in order to apologise.

Lost items and total value of compensation.: I'm not interested in all the small things the only thing I'd like to be comped for is as follows:
MK18: 115k I believe?
7.62 silencer: 80k
15 7.62 20 round mags: 30k
