In addition do you have the Character ID of the other person that was carrying & placing the boxes?

Hello @Christopher Hamilton,

I've checked this over with other staff & devs to trace the lost crate.
According to our logs crate 3738 went missing which is not the crate with the armor (3640) that you are referring to.
Because we can simply not be sure what went missing we will only be compensating you the worth of the crate.
