As per our compensation guidelines:

For blackjack related compensations, a clear, unedited video of the entire hand playing out is required. This clip must involve placing the bet down (showing chips being removed from your inventory), the game playing out (with UI showing confirming your hand on screen), and the issue that has occurred.

Are you able to provide any additional footage showing both hands in full? This would involve showing how it forced you to "put 100k down" with a bit more context for the first hand, and the outcome of the second hand - whether that be the game forcing you to stand up, or how you ended up leaving the table.

In your clip, notably, I can see that you experienced some networking issues during that session and there was some issues with your second hand after standing.

My question here is: it looks like you increased the bet amount to 100k for your first hand, from my perspective looking at the game footage, it looks like that was done intentionally. Is that correct? If not, I'm curious what you mean by it made you "put 100k down"?
 
Can you please explain what you mean in a bit more detail? The way you have worded that message is a little bit ambiguous.

The way I interpreted that is you tried to place a 120k bet, but when you reached 100k it placed the bet for you, if that's correct?
 
Unfortunately, based on the evidence you've provided. There is no way of us confirming or 'proving' that the bet was placed automatically. From my perspective, based solely off what I can see, it looks like it comes down to user error, and as such, this isn't something we can compensate you for.

That said, I can see the outcome of your second hand was voided after you chose to stand; as a result of that, you were kicked off the table. Due to this, I am happy to compensate you for this hand.

I've personally not heard of a dealer 'making you bet' before, so going forward, I'd advise only going up to the amount you are comfortable betting with - rather than going to the max. If you are confident that the bet was automatically placed, you're more than welcome to raise a bug report so devs can try diagnose the issue when available.
