What was lost: Mx 6.5mm, rebel uniform, 8 mags for the gun and a red dot sight.

Value of item/money lost: 175-180k

Quick description of what happened: I ws hiding in a bush when a group of guys came up to me and directly when i started runing they shot me without saying a thing. And my headset is almost on the loudest so i can hear almost everything.

Reason of hiding in the bush / i was afk for a wile, and when i came back i ran towards my freíend and then i died. I think that u can shoot a guy in the leg instead of killing him if they are a group of more then 4 people.

You was shot for shooting at us, Hoffer shot you for the reason you began to shoot at us from the bush.

 
We told you to put your gun on the floor, come out of the bush and put your hands on your head. You turned around aimed and fired a shot or two at us then ran away and we killed you.

I was there. Not there but nearby by the blackmarket trader.

I thinkthat  the nearby hovering helicopter made him unavailable of hearing talk and such.

He didnt mention that in his description but there was a helicopter hovering above him when he sat in the bush afk.

And he was indeed afk, and therefore (maybe) weren't fully aware of what was happening in his sorroundings.

yes it was an hali there and i didnt even shoot a single shot at u i stoped and troped my gun becouse i thought that u wanted me to drop it.

 
The Helicopter was our's was providing thermal where you was since we received shots you was the only person in the area hoffer went over said put the gun on the floor you tried to run, we returned fire. we might have a video lemme check with someone.

 
I'm pretty sure we have a video, so this and your rdm topic about hoffer are complete rubbish.

Anyway im not going to argue just saying this shouldn't be a compensation request since you was the cause of your in game death, shooting at people then being killed by them, then asking for a compensation is so fucked up & im sure this maybe breaking some sort of rule lying in attempt to get free money.

Even if you didn't shoot which you did, we asked you to put the gun on the floor you ran, we shot you and you broke fearRP there was 6 of us. one in chopper and 5 around you.
