Please provide full detail and evidence: I pulled out my bike twice, it stayed as local for a while, tried it again, it then spawned my bike, i put something in it (you can see in first clip then parked it. I then logged off for food, came back on and found that one of the bikes has now changed to mine after a while and someone stole all my stuff. I think i lost all these items due to a bug in the server/game.

Good afternoon @BobbieWong,

I have had a close look into this compensation request for you today.
When pulling those vehicles out of the parking garage you could very clearly see that it had not loaded in correctly the first time around; there are multiple steps you could've possibly taken to resolve this being
- Waiting  a few minutes to see if it sorts itself
- Walking away from the area and coming back
- Contacting staff via a ticket or OOC for help

The only thing I can see you've done here is wait a couple of minutes before trying to pull the same vehicle out from the garage again. You've then stored your items and logged off of the server whilst your duplicated vehicle is still trying to load.
Whilst you've been logged out, the vehicle has loaded in and as stated by you the items have been stolen.

Due to the fact these items are still in the game somewhere & all possible steps of a resolution were not attempted I will unfortunately be declining this compensation request today.
If you do come across these issues in the future, please remember to give the steps above a try before logging out or moving away from a duplicated bike.
