I assume it despawned, reason being is that i took about 1 minute to relog and went up and down the street multiple times looking for it (even after the video ends) and couldn't find it at all and yes while it might be a populated place to a certain extent i still don't see any reason why someone would steal the local car in that location unless it was someone on foot like i was. But again this is all IF's and impossible to be certain if the car despawned or not. At the end of the day its not like i can prevent something that we both know is mostly a FiveM / server issue where it crashes in certain areas (ex: Autocare Bridge etc...) it could have happened to anyone and there would been no way to control it.

How i see its is compensation request usually happens when its something not in the players control like Server  Issues / Game Bugs / Other special occasions (hackers, events etc..) so hence why i made the compensation request.

Just bear in mind, yes your last paragraph is true we do comp in events such as server end issues that cause someone to lose out. However, this was a client side crash, not a server issue that resulted in your crash and eventual loss of items.

Out of curiosity, do you guys consider the Autocare crash client side or server side.

From your crash error seen in the video, that is a client side crash, usually seen in the location of AE. We don’t pick and choose what is, devs are able to help us tell by the logs. The logs are what show what’s a client side crash and what’s not.

Alright, lets get this wrapped up. I'm first going to explain my thought process and explanation, then the result.

For client side crashes that result in losses, we do NOT compensate. Do not get this twisted, we don't do it.

Wither the vehicle despawned or was stolen, we cannot tell. It's 50/50. If we knew it was stolen, i'd have declined this request. But due to the fact it may have despawned, I will be accepting this compensation request as the despawning of vehicles is something we have implemented in the server to help it run smoother.

As said above, on this occasion, accepted.
